Windows 7 IE login problems: (update 10/21/18)
The older operating system Windows 7 with the Explorer browser will sometimes experience login problems on the student side. Google Chrome does not experience login problems under Windows 7.
Be sure that you are logging in at the student section. Students cannot gain access to their assigned tests through the teacher login area.
- Contact your IT support to reset the Security Settings on Explorer to Moderately Low.
- Be sure that AWSchoolTest.com is in the Trusted Site listing.
- Once you have successful login with a student, you can reset the Security Settings in Explorer to Moderately High.
Teacher or admin login problems:
Read each solution below, then try each one at a time:
- Be sure that you are logging in at the teacher/admin section. Teachers cannot gain access to their classes through the student login area.
- Check to see if your caps lock is off. The password is case-sensitive.
- Close your browser, and login again. Browser cache may affect login if you use the same computer to login to more than one account using different UNs.
- Reset your password.
Student login problems:
Read each solution below, then try each one at a time:
- Be sure that you are logging in at the student section. Students cannot gain access to their assigned tests through the teacher login area.
- Check to see if your caps lock is off. The password is case-sensitive.
- Double check the student password by going to [My Class] and clicking on the student [Edit] link.
- Close the student browser, and login again.
