- School administrators, register your school first. Later you can bulk register your teachers.
- Create a username (UN) for your school. You can use any UN that is available, but here are some suggestions that will help with your account management and will ease the student and teacher login process:
- Try to keep your UN to fewer than 10 characters. See if your school initials are available.
- End the UN with an underscore "_" or a dash "-"; e.g., "pkms1-" for Park Hill MS.
- Later when your register your teachers' usernames, you will simply append their initials to the main school UN. (You will be reminded later on how to set up teachers' accounts.)
- New accounts do not have full administrative privileges. Within one business day, AW will contact you to complete the account settings that will allow you to perform bulk uploads of teachers and students, and view school-level test results.
- Retain a copy of your password.
