| Changing a student's profile |

Change a student's profile info by going to the My Class page, view your list of enrolled students, and click on the Edit Profile link.
You cannot change the student's username. If your student has the wrong username, you will need to remove the student account from your enrollment by transferring the account to the former student file (this requires administrative privileges), and create a new student account. You might note in the student name or special code field that the account is a duplicate. Test results cannot be transferred between student accounts.
At the beginning of each school your, you should check and update all active students grade-levels.
